    Upload the files you already have

    Drag in the .docx procedures, PDF manuals and .txt notes exactly as they are.

    • The procedure lives in one head, or on a share drive nobody opens from where the job is done.
    • Steps become cards, DANGER and WARNING become blocks, tables scroll, checkboxes become a checklist. Nothing is rewritten first.

    Print the tag and stick it where the job is done

    Every document gets a QR code. Print it large, tape it up where the work happens.

    • The binder is in the office, so at 2am nobody walks over to check it.
    • Scuffed and oiled tags still scan, and the code is printed underneath to type by hand.

    Deploy a new revision to the tag already in place

    A tag is an address, not a copy. Upload the new issue, name the revision whatever your business calls it, and deploy it, or hold it until you are ready.

    • Second shift is holding a copy somebody printed in 2021. It has been revised twice since.
    • No reprinting, no recall. The superseded issue is archived with its file.

    Prove the people doing the job read it

    The moment a revision goes live, whoever scans it is asked to confirm they read that revision.

    • Your written procedures exist to pass an inspection. Whoever comes to check sees a controlled system; the person doing the job sees a laminated sheet.
    • The register shows who has confirmed and who has not, per document, and it outlives the device and the person.

    What that adds up to: who has signed for the revision that is live, and who has not.

    Your documents are private. Somebody who scans a tag without your code gets a screen saying so and nothing else, and a phone that leaves with an employee is revoked in one tap.

  • One code, once, and never again

    Nothing to install and nothing to sign into standing where the job is. A phone joins with a short code and a first name, and every scan after that opens right away. That includes the temp who starts Monday.

  • Your Word file, readable at arm’s length

    Upload what you already have. Steps come back as cards, DANGER and WARNING as blocks, tables that scroll instead of shrinking. Nothing is retyped and nothing is reformatted by hand.

  • Tags come with it, and so do the replacements

    Durable printed tags are part of the subscription, and a tag that gets painted over, scrubbed off or lost costs nothing to replace. Print your own on plain paper any time as well.

  • Publish, and everybody is unsigned again

    The moment a new revision goes live, everyone who signed for the last one shows as not yet confirmed against this one. The register names who has and who has not.

  • A checked box is a record of the job

    Boxes in a .docx become a list somebody works through on the phone, and every run is kept: who did it, what they did it on, and which revision they worked from.

The questions we get asked

Somebody leaves. What happens to the documents on their phone?
Revoke that device in Settings and it stops opening anything on its next request. Rotate the join code as well, so nobody hands it on; devices already enrolled keep working, which is why the one that walked out is revoked by name. What revoking cannot undo is what was already read or photographed.
Do my people need an app, or an account?
Neither. A phone joins your business once with a short code, and after that a scan opens the document. Nothing to install, and nothing to sign into standing where the job is.
Everything I have is Word files, PDFs and photos. Do I have to retype it?
No. Upload what you already have and it is converted into something a phone can read. A scanned PDF with no text layer is served as the original rather than mangled into nonsense.
Can I get everything back out again?
Yes, in one download: the original files, who read what, and the sign-off record together with the hashes that verify it. It is an ordinary zip with a README explaining how to check the record without our software, and it is included.
